Due to the nature of the majority of our items being made to order and customised in some form or another we are unable to accept returns of incorrectly ordered items. For clothing the sizes are clearly shown for each item and we urge our customers to check the size of items they are ordering before placing their order as we are unable to exchange incorrectly sized clothing (especially as most of the clothing is customised in some form). For items that arrived damaged, please advise us within 5 working days of receiving your order.  We will require all returned items to have a original packaging and labels, unworn/washed. Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer and postage cost will not be reimbursed.
